另一个角度

从网上找了一篇文章，觉得很有道理，所以就想跟大家分享一下。。。


一个小和尚在庙里待烦了，总觉得心情烦闷、忧郁，高兴不起来，就去向师父诉说了烦恼。


圆通和尚听了徒弟的抱怨说：“快乐是在心里，不假外求，求即往往不得，转为烦恼。快乐是一种心里状态，内心淡然，则无往而不乐。”

接着，他给徒弟讲了这样一个故事：

某个村落，有个老爷，一年到头的口头禅是“太好了，太好了”。有时一连几天下雨，村民们都为久雨不晴而大发牢骚，他也说：“太好了，这些雨若是在一天内全部下来，岂不泛滥成灾，把村落冲走了？神明特地把雨量分成几天下，这不是值得庆幸的事吗？”

有一次，太好老爷的太太患了重病。村民们以为，这次他不会再说“太好了”吧？于是，都特地去探望老太太。

哪知一进门，老爷还是连说：“太好了，太好了。”

村民不禁大为光火，问他：“老爷，你未免太过分了吧？老太太患了重病，你还口口声声太好了，这到底存的什么心呀？”

老爷说：“哎呀，你们有所不知。我活了这么一大把年纪，始终是老婆照顾我，这次，她患了病，我就有机会好好照顾她了。”

讲完了故事，圆通和尚启发弟子：“生活在世上，能把坏事从另一个角度看成是好事，不是很有启示吗？只要抱着积极乐观的态度，面对一切遭遇，就没有什么摆脱不了的忧郁。”
